CACM's emphasis is on the education, training and heightened professionalism of community association managers. Programs, activities and education opportunities dealing with a variety of topics are available. All are tailored to meet the exacting needs and interests of community association managers. CACM offers an educational program which leads to the designation, Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM). Each applicant must also agree to adhere to CACM's Code of Professional Ethics and Standards of Practice. CACM plays an active role in Sacramento where new legislation and regulations are changing the way community association managers do business. CACM provides its members with the information and expertise necessary to make decisions in today's changing business climate. The organization is committed to helping community association managers meet the challenges of the industry and aid them in maintaining an awareness of the developments that can have a significant impact on the industry.
