You may or may not have noticed that all of the PDF forms on our website can be filled in and printed from your computer. Follow the steps below for more information.

1. Make sure you have downloaded the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software by using the link below.

2. Using the links within the CEA site, select the desired form.

3. After opening the document, you will see areas on the form intended to be filled in. You will notice that your cursor will change from an arrow to a text cursor. Left-click in this area and begin typing.

4. Other areas, such as check boxes and buttons have the ability to be checked. Place your cursor over desired areas and left-click.

5. The text will remain in the PDF even if you use your browser’s Back button, though no one else can view the text you have typed.

6. Now, you may print the form from your computer and all of your text will appear neatly on the form. PDF documents are designed to conform to your printer settings.
