Welcome to all of you who feel that without leaps of imagination, or dreaming, we lose the excitement of possibilities. Dreaming after all is a form of planning.

I am extremely proud to represent and guide the California Escrow Association during 2004; it will be a year of small positive changes that will reward us with confidence in our future.

Membership is the number one topic of my agenda and with the help of the Directors and members, I am confident that we can increase our numbers with the implementation of The Business Plan/Reorganization. There is no doubt in my mind that I will have the privilege to work with exceptional people who are driving to implement good procedures for our escrow world and for the benefit of the escrow industry.

I am looking forward to meeting and getting to know each and everyone of you and Thank You for the support you have given the Association thus far and for including it in your future. See you all soon.
