Jaime Pailma started her career with the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk in 1999 as an Analyst with the Technical Services Bureau. In April of 2013, she became the Division Manager over Document Recording and County Clerk functions.  During her time as Recorder Manager, Jaime has implemented many automated systems to improve the efficiency of government systems and overall customer experience with Los Angeles County.
