CEA has joined forces with Notaries Unlimited to offer the mandatory notary education class. Whether your interest is to become a California Notary Public or to renew your commission, the State now requires that you attend and successfully complete a State-Approved 6-hour course and pass a State-administered exam every four years. As a member benefit, CEA members can now take this course at a significantly reduced rate of $89.00.
