Greetings Fellow Members,

As we move into 2026 I want to thank our board members and committee volunteers for their continued dedication to our Escrow Association. Together, we look forward to embracing new opportunities for expansion and navigating necessary changes with confidence and unity.

Our 2026 focus – ONE BOAT, YOUR TEAM is an invitation to all to contribute your unique talents and energy. Take a seat in the boat, grab an oar and help navigate CEA forward.

The escrow industry continues to evolve, and our commitment remains clear: to support, educate, and advocate for our members while upholding the highest standards of integrity and service.

This year, we are proud to support World Central Kitchen, an organization dedicated to providing fresh meals to communities impacted by natural disasters and humanitarian crises around the world.

We will be launching a Donation Challenge to encourage member participation and amplify our collective impact. We are setting an ambitious goal of $10,000 by October, and we invite every member to participate in our Donation Challenge to help us reach it. Wouldn’t it be something if we exceeded that goal? Whether large or small, every contribution helps provide immediate relief and hope to those in need.

I invite all members to join us in this effort as we come together not only as escrow professionals, but as a community committed to making a meaningful difference beyond our industry.

I encourage each of you to stay engaged—attend your regional and our general board meetings, participate in events, and share your ideas. Your involvement makes a meaningful difference.
