Working with community colleges throughout California, Education Achievement Awards are available through the regional associations.

The CEA Educational Conference is held annually at different locations throughout the state, drawing upwards of 1,000 attendees from across California. Prominent industry speakers discuss topics that range from legislation and real estate issues to aspects of escrow procedure and management techniques. This is an opportunity for members to learn through active participation in workshops and for professional designation holders to earn continuing education credits.

Advanced education seminars for experienced escrow personnel are offered by CEA as part of the continuing education program. Many of these are co-sponsored by regional associations and allied industries and are designed to meet the particular education needs in those areas.

Escrow Phraseology Cards have been developed by CEA to aid in training escrow personnel, as well as to serve as a handy desk reference. These Phrase Cards are among the many educational materials available for download through our Members Only section.

"Careers in Escrow" booklet, available to schools, businesses and individuals, outlines the many and varied career opportunities that exist within the escrow profession.

Regional associations hold education meetings, seminars and workshops to educate their members about new procedures and laws, as well as to review the processing of all types of escrows.
