For those flying in to John Wayne Airport (SNA) in Santa Ana, CA on Friday, guest room reservations can be made at the Hilton Garden Inn. Please use the following web link by CLICKING HERE.  The CEA rate is $158.00 per night for one King or two Queen beds.

Room reservations must be made by FRIDAY, January 23, 2026.

Regarding logistics and agenda materials:

• The hotel is located 1.8 miles from the John Wayne (SNA) Santa Ana Airport.

• The hotel offers complimentary airport shuttle service.

• Covered and uncovered parking is discounted to $15.00 per night, per vehicle.

• Please submit all committee summary reports to be included in the board packet to HQ at your earliest convenience and no later than January 23, 2026. See the attached form to be completed.  

• Additionally, any committee minutes or documents to be uploaded in the board portal should be e-mailed to HQ by January 23, 2026.
