Janeane Lechuga Arildsen, A certified senior escrow officer and certified escrow Instructor is celebrating her 24^th year practicing real estate settlement in California.  She works as senior escrow advisor at First American’s division of Independent Escrow Companies and teaches Escrow at Saddleback Community College in Orange County.  She also helps with mentoring on the professional designation committee for the California Escrow Association and is a past president of Escrow Associates of San Gabriel Valley.
